The bedrooms feature 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 bunk bed, and an office with a day bed ensuring a pleasant night's sleep for all. You're sure to love the large fenced in private back yard with patio, grill, propane & log fire pits, AC, washer/dryer, WiFi, PET FRIENDLY, 4 bikes, lake views, and much more! I’m so glad you’re here. I grew up in Muskegon and have always been drawn to the water—so much so that I spent 11 years as a private sailboat captain along the East Coast and in the Caribbean!
After returning home, I found The Yellow House and my 33' Hans Christian sailboat, where I now live while you enjoy the comfort of the home! I'm also a musician and welcome you to listen to my music on all of the streaming platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora and the like under my name, Christine Mattson.
It’s a joy to share this space with visitors to Muskegon. If you need local recommendations or have any questions during your stay, I’m always happy to help!

I love the Nim's neighborhood with it's close proximity to the bike trail reaching downtown & the beach. It's a lovely place for an evening walk as well.
