Nestled in the charming, family-oriented community of Kure Beach, NC, this cozy oceanfront condo seamlessly blends modern amenities with the classic coastal charm of a traditional beach home. Its beautiful decor, thoughtful design, and perfect location provide a comfortable and inviting space for a relaxing seaside stay.

In this home, you can save your energy for the things that matter. There is no lugging baggage, groceries, and other items up flights of stairs just to get to the front door. Just three steps and you are in the house. On the ocean side, just two steps down and your feet are in the sand. This is beach living the easy way. It is especially nice for children, those who might have difficulty with stairs or those who just want to rest. It is the perfect place for a family vacation, a romantic get-away, a girlfriend's reunion or anyone longing for the renewal of spirit that comes from a stay at the beach. The minimum age limit for rental is 25 years and party groups are not permitted.

We want to make sure you have a wonderful beach vacation when you are staying. If there is ever anything you need that you don't see at the home and we will try our best to accommodate you. We do provide most core essential things you may need while staying but want to make sure you know what is there.

**Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are not provided.

We include linen/towel service for your stay. This includes the beds will be made up and ready, 8 bath towels. If you require more towels, please pack accordingly.

Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beach in Kure Beach between April 1st and September 30th. In Carolina Beach they are not allowed from 9 am to 5 pm from April 1st to September 30th. If you would like to bring your small to medium-sized unaggresive dog, no bigger than 65 lbs, we do charge a $50 fee per night per dog up to $200 max per pet. Sorry, no cats or other animals. Dogs must be crated when you are not there.

There is one dedicated free parking spot and one first come first serve shared guest spot. There is street parking available for $20/day or $100/week.

Direct access to the beach.

We live down the road in Carolina Beach, not too far away and I work from home so am highly available. If we are out of town, we will provide backup resources to help you with whatever you may need.

Kure Beach provides the best of everything. Whenever you are ready to venture out, Kure Beach offers beautiful, clean and uncrowded beaches just a few steps from the porch. There are lifeguard stations nearby and the Kure Beach pier is only a few blocks away. High-rises are not allowed in Kure Beach. It retains much of its small coastal town charm while providing many opportunities and activities just moments from your door. Kure Beach has several good restaurants and convenience stores. Grocery stores and pharmacies are only a few minutes away and Carolina Beach.

There is no public transportation on the island, but taxi cabs are available and Uber and Lyft is typically available with pretty quick responses. Sun Fun Rentals also offers a fun golf cart taxi service to take you anywhere you want on the island for $5/per person.

On the first floor, you will find a bedroom and bath, and an open kitchen/living area with a TV, a bar that seats four, a coffee table with four seats that doubles as a game table or additional dining space for children, and other comfortable seating. Four TV's with Roku or FireStick Streaming Sticks are in the condo - one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Roku sticks support the Spectrum app providing access to basic cable channels. Both types of sticks have Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. The kitchen is fully equipped, to include all major and minor appliances, with a smooth top cooking surface, microwave, and regular oven, disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, standard coffee pot, toaster, and blender. There is also an ocean side covered porch with a table for six to provide additional dining space. The porch has built-in benches and chairs for your comfort. There is an outdoor shower and a water faucet attached to the porch.


On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms, a bath and French doors that lead to an ocean side balcony. Oceanside balcony has high chairs to provide amazing views of the beach and area around.

Whether you choose the porch or the balcony, both have wonderful views of the ocean and are ideal for watching the waves roll in. You can enjoy the magnificent sunrises or watch the moon and stars without the glare of city lights.

You will find a washer, dryer and a vacuum cleaner on the first floor. The living area in each bedroom has an overhead fan as well as lamps for a more cozy atmosphere.
NO SMOKING inside the rental, on the ocean-side decks, or the sandy area by the back decks.

We do not have a crib or pack and play for infants.

City noise ordinance is 10 PM Sunday through Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.

Dogs must be crated when you're not there. Large dogs over 65 lbs. or other animals are not allowed.

Dogs are allowed on the beach from October 1st to March 31st at any time but must be leashed. From April 1st to September 30th, leashed dogs are allowed between 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM, but are not allowed on the beach from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the peak season. At all times, you must have on your person a plastic or paper container capable of being used to clean up and contain dog waste until it can be properly disposed of in the trash. This container must be produced and shown, upon request, to anyone authorized to enforce this ordinance.
