We definitely enjoyed our stay at this amazing condo! The location was ideal for my daughter’s golf tournament at Mystic Rock! The condo was clean, well stocked with coffee (lol!) and overall just what we needed! We will be back!

Lovely accommodation that is cleaned and cared for well! The property is beautiful and easy access to the pool. Host is very easy to communicate with and sent all relevant information for check-in and check-out. Great weekend stay, would recommend to others!

the cozy cottage was beautiful, well appointed, fully stocked, and located in the heart of Necomolin Resort area. The owners sent all the pertinent information to get in and we felt very safe with the security. we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot and everything feels new. Communication was great. Proximity to Nemacolin made attending an on property event super easy and cost effective.

The property and the condo was very nice. Would definitely come back. Only issue we had was the hot water problem that they are having at that particular condo.

This property is accurately depicted and the host is outstanding in responding to messages and communicating the check in and check out processes, along with answering questions during the stay. The one major issue we experienced was excessive humidity in the condo. It was between 85 and 87%. It’s very uncomfortable and everything was damp. Our clothing was damp and due to this dampness, there is a smell that lingers in the main living space. We talked with another condo owner who runs dehumidifiers in their lower units year round to control this issue. There are ways to run such units by permanently draining the units to the outside. Great place but the climate even with the AC isn’t comfortable due to the very high humidity.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry that the humidity affected your comfort during your stay. We’ve hosted this condo for four years, and this is not an issue that has been reflected in our previous guest experiences. The Laurel Highlands has experienced an exceptionally wet period recently, with frequent rain and very high outdoor humidity. Unfortunately, that can temporarily affect indoor humidity as well, particularly in mountain properties. While I understand another condo owner may choose to operate dehumidifiers year-round, each condo is individually owned and maintained, and every owner makes decisions based on their individual unit and setup. I have previously chosen not to leave portable dehumidifiers running during guest stays because of the potential for them to fill or overflow when unattended. I do appreciate the feedback and will continue evaluating safe options for managing humidity during unusually wet periods. I’m glad you otherwise found the property accurately represented and were happy with my communication throughout your stay.

I live out of state and have never been to the area. I did tell the host this 5 months in advance. Asked for suggestions. Never once did she inform me that the restaurants at Nemacolin do not allow anyone other than those staying at the facility to eat at their restaurants or attend anything on their property. In fact, I had to ask all the questions. This is a problem especially trying to find open restaurants without driving 45 to 60 minutes. It's also a lower unit condo 2 steps up to unit then 5 steps down. We do not have any mobility issues but Major problem if someone does! No internet in area once you go past Nemacolin- take note because I got the address but NOT the code until we already drove to the unit had to turn around go to front to get the information! Furthermore due to host gave me the WRONG address this turned into a mess. She acted like it's not a big deal. We paid a lot to stay there and she said she never made the mistake
