The main space combines the seating for socializing and reflecting with the inside dining adjacent to the galley kitchen. The covered patio area extends the living outdoors with more eating and sitting that looks up the beautiful rural hillside. Spacious king and queen bedrooms with a full bath provide the personal retreat and recovery from the activities of the day.

Super responsive host! I would recommend that future guests shop for food stuffs before arrival, supermarkets are at least 30 minutes away. The place is comfortable and quiet. It was a great launch pad for Fallingwater and all the activities at Ohiopyle!

My wife and I stayed at this house for a weekend trip to see a concert that was at a close by location. This cottage was so nice!! Very clean and cozy! Very nicely decorated as well. The king was bed was very comfortable You can tell the hosts put thought into adding little extras to make the stay that much more comfortable. Little things like tissues, night lights, extra cozy blankets, comfortable furniture. The host was very easy to communicate with as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding. This cottage had everything we needed. It was perfect!We did a tour of Fallingwater while we were in town and we highly recommend it! We tried g tying dinner at storehouse but their wait was very long. We had lunch at Rustic, the food was great and enjoyed the casual atmosphere. The only thing we had trouble with was that we didn’t have a trash can in the house. Maybe we missed it somewhere.

We stayed here as a group of four and had a really great experience overall. The cottage was clean, well-maintained, and felt like just the right size for our group. The farmhouse setting gave it a charming, tucked-away feel without being too remote — we were perfectly positioned to get to Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob, and Laurel Caverns without a lot of driving.One thing worth noting for future guests: the second bedroom doesn’t have AC. We lucked out with mild weather, but in the heat of summer that could be an issue depending on the weekend.Overall though, a solid spot and we’d recommend it to anyone looking to explore the Laurel Highlands.

Our hosts provided the perfect retreat for our short stay, with easy access to the recreation we were seeking. The cottage was very clean and nicely appointed, with an airy design and tasteful decor. The large enclosed porch invited coffee in the morning and an evening sit with a glass of wine.

Enjoyed Our Stay

This property was perfect for us. It was out of town in a more rural area that we prefer but still very close to all that we needed and/or wanted to do. The house was very clean and communication with the owner was excellent. We would like to stay here again when visiting the area in the future.

Cottage is in a rural setting, but close to National Pike, so easily accessible to key local attractions. Cottage was clean and comfortable with all necessary items. Enjoyed the privacy.

Fabulous rural location. Beautiful open farm lands. The cottage was spacious and inviting. Clean and well equipped. Our host was easy to reach and helpful. We were there to explore the Laurel Highlands and are location was perfect! Will hope to return soon.

Adorable Cottage

What a lovely, clean little cottage. Was the perfect location for the wedding I was attending! The house has been remodeled and is adorable. The owners truly thought of rverything from coffee pods to extra soap. I will definitely be back!
