We chose Isla Palo Seco for its unique combination of privacy, space, and location—something that’s becoming harder to find in Costa Rica.
Unlike more crowded beach towns, this area offers a quiet, uncrowded shoreline just a short walk from the home, allowing guests to truly relax and disconnect.

At the same time, the home is centrally located between Jacó and Manuel Antonio, making it easy to access top restaurants, tours, and day trips without giving up the calm, residential feel of the area.

What makes it truly special to us is the experience of having your own private retreat surrounded by nature. It’s common to see monkeys, parrots, and other wildlife right on or around the property—something guests consistently mention as one of the highlights of their stay.

The layout offers multiple sleeping areas, indoor and outdoor living spaces, and room to spread out—so everyone can relax comfortably instead of being on top of each other.

Unlike many homes in the area, guests don’t need to leave to enjoy their time here. Between the private pool, covered outdoor lounge, pool table, and a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor BBQ, the home is set up for everything from relaxed mornings to shared dinners and evenings in.

At the same time, you’re just a short walk from a quiet, uncrowded beach, with monkeys, parrots, and other wildlife often seen right on or around the property. That combination of space, privacy, and a more natural, peaceful setting is what makes the experience here stand out.
