Enjoy a direct beachfront stay at our ground level 1-bedroom condo in South Padre Island. Our beautiful condo features a one bedroom with a comfortable king bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The cozy living room with a sofa bed provides extra space for guests to relax. The well equipped kitchen, allows for an easy eat-in meal option. Additionally, the property has several outdoor grilling and sitting areas. The full bathroom offers a large vanity and walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. With amenities like AC/heat, cable, WiFi, and two outdoor heated swimming pools, this amazing tropically landscaped property ensures a comfortable stay. Our spacious patio offers beachfront views and front row view of fireworks every Friday and Saturday night during summer months!

Cute property in very close proximity to the beach. Very clean. Nice pools on site. Great communication from host. As others have noted, this is next to the adjacent hotel with outside bar/music. There are fans and air purifiers that run within the property to greatly diminish the noise which stops at midnight. Easy parking with several attractions in short walking distance.

This property was everything we wanted and more. It’s very accessible to the beech. It had a lot of kitchenware which allowed us to make meals more conveniently and cost effectively in between our dinner plans. Having access to the pier was also a nice surprise and gave us something extra do to. We had a hiccup in our check-in process and Alise was so great and quickly responded. She went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated promptly. The stay was a great experience and allowed us make a memorable vacation. Thank you!

Condo was as described and had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. I found the bed very comfortable. Location is awesome to beach. There is a hotel with bar right next to this condo so be aware they do play music on weekend nights until about 11pm. It didn’t bother us much but others should know in case this bothers them. Not the owner of this condos fault.

Great location

We had a great stay. Nice little condo, it shows as advertised. The location is perfect, beach access is awesome. As far as noise level - we were on the ground floor and could not hear neighbors next to or above us. It was great!

Texas Beach Get-away

Excellent ground floor location with direct beach access . Unit as described and condo complex well maintained. Two nice pools . Generously supplied kitchen. Walking distance to several bars/grills. Host was responsive to pre-arrival questions . Enjoyed our stay !

Location being pet friendly, and right next to the beach and fireworks display was excellent and super convenient. Location being right next to the Marriott Courtyard beach bar and DJ stand was not so great due to the loud music and bass sound going on all afternoon and evening long. The condo is cute, clean and was the perfect size for our long weekend stay. I just wish I knew in advance about the possibility of continuous loud noise coming from next door. Maybe it was because it was a long holiday weekend. Other than that, we were happy with our selection.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you found our particular condo clean and well equipped for your needs. Our ‘On The Beach’ location and front row seat to the fireworks is perfect for beach getaway vacay! I am sorry you had a bad experience with the sound from the bar next door. The island is known for its music and party atmosphere. The energy is desirable to many guests. On holiday weekends, the bar will amplify the music to attract more beach patrons. However, they do follow the island sound ordinance. During off season, it can be very tranquil. During the summer, there is a lot of activity and energy. Thank you for taking the time for review and visiting SPI.

Condo was very close to beach and swimming pool. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Condo is larger than pictures which appeared on-line. Host responded to my questions in a timely manner.
