A luxury suite with 1 king Bedroom, a Full Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room (with pull out sofa) embelished in luxury through and through, complete with a private back patio. Located in the heart of the Hill Country in Harper Texas on a private ranch just 20+ miles from both Fredericksburg and Kerrville, Tx. This is the perfect location for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a friends weekend. With a variety of onsite activities including Horseback riding, Fishing, UTV Rentals, a Shooting Range, Hiking and Hunting; Tres Molinos is the perfect destination for your next adventure!

A few things:
-Please DO NOT park on the cement patios
-Be sure to return all gates to their original position immediately after accessing. This is for the safety of the animals.
-For the safety of our exotic animals, free-roaming livestock & working ranch dogs, Tres Molinos has a strict leash/kennel policy for all times when outdoors.

Your stay with us is completely private, however, we are just a call/text away if you need assistance.

This was a beautiful rental and property, I wish we could have stayed longer. Tastefully decorated and clean. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the peace and beauty.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property itself is excellent—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully set up, and very comfortable. It was clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the space.The hosts were also fantastic: very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with both before and during our stay, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free.The only thing worth noting is the location—it’s about 30 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. That wasn’t an issue for us at all and actually added to the quiet, relaxing feel of the stay, but it’s something future guests may want to factor into their plans.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable Hill Country getaway.
