Great location and house for a big group. The host was very responsive and the check in/out process was very smooth! There are plenty of beach chairs and toys, the only thing to note is you must bring your own towels and sheets.

We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years up and down the coast and this place is by far the best.Proximity to restaurants and the beach was great. The unit was clean, updated and very comfortable. Lots of amenities. Many times when you rent you do not know what to expect. Rest assure, this place on 47th Street will not disappoint.Mark C

The property manager was great and super communicative. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. When we arrived there was garbage all over the side and back of the house we cleaned up. Beds were filthy so we had to run multiple loads of wash. Couch and floors needed a good vacuum. Hoping this was only because we were one of the first guests of the season.

Apologies that the house did not meet your expectations. We had the roof redone shortly prior to your arrival; I gave the roofers feedback about the debris. If you have photos, please feel free to share them with me directly. We also had the vent lines cleaned over the winter and ran the system consistently to prevent freezing pipes- wondering if that was why it was dusty as you were the first guests of the season. In the future, please reach out upon arrival if your expectations are not met. I would have gladly requested our cleaning lady come and take photos outside, clean up the debris, vacuum, and bring rental bedding to prevent the inconvenience to you as guests.

We’re a local family just starting our VRBO journey who truly loves spending time down the shore, making lifelong memories with our kids—sand between our toes, salt air in our lungs, and laughter echoing from sunrise to sunset. Hosting on VRBO gives us the opportunity to share that same joy with other families.

Our home is more than just a place to stay—it’s our little beach haven, thoughtfully designed to help you relax, reconnect, and create moments that matter. Whether it’s your annual beach week or a spontaneous getaway, we’re honored to play a small part in your family’s story.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose 47th Street in Sea Isle City because it strikes the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to some of Sea Isle’s best restaurants, shops, and bars, the location lets you easily enjoy everything the island has to offer—without ever feeling overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle; close enough and far enough from the action!

Whether you're soaking up the sun by day or unwinding on the deck in the evening, this peaceful, family-friendly street offers the ideal setting to relax, recharge, and reconnect

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our home truly special is how it blends comfort, convenience, and coastal charm—all in one. With 5 spacious bedrooms plus a bonus room and 3 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for families and friends to spread out across floors and settle in. The open-concept layout is bright and inviting, with a relaxed beachy vibe that instantly puts you in vacation mode.

We’ve thought of all the little things to make your stay extra enjoyable—from toys and games to keep the kids entertained, to a well-stocked beach setup including chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and an epic beach cart that makes your daily trip to the ocean a total breeze.

It’s the kind of place that feels easy, happy, and perfectly made for memory-making.
