Comfort and convenience in this fully furnished and very private one bedroom apartment, just blocks from the Indiana University Campus. Industrial chic with a touch of captain's quarter elegance. Amenities include safe and ample parking, ground level accessibility and a zero-step floor plan, a nicely equipped kitchen, an private outdoor seating area, a serene bedroom, another queen-sized pull-out bed in the living room, wi-fi, a 40" Roku TV, a large walk-in shower with bench, a large, comfortable dining table for meals and games, lots of light and a great neighborhood to walk in.

I am at a stage of my life that I am looking for a way to maximize the potential of my wonderful home. I am the director of the T. Scot Halpin Archive, featuring the artwork and music of my of my late husband . By opening my home in this way, I hope to expose myself and the archive to a whole new world of people.

I have lived in this neighborhood for twenty years. I was president of the neighborhood association when we became the first mid-century modern historical neighborhood in the state of Indiana.
