New double unit air conditioning (24,000 btu and 18,000 btu) 2x smart TV’s (1x portable to move around upstairs between screen porch / master / living room)

Full house is available for use. Grill is on deck with tank and a spare tank in screened porch

Winter rentals: all ski equipment must be left outside on lower (covered) porch. No snow boots allowed in house.

Off limits: both indoor fireplaces, the detached garage, closet under the stairs
