Very clean and well set up. The overall layout outside is very roomy, Plenty of space to tie up two boats. The pool was perfect size, lots of chairs to relax around in outside. The hosts were fast in responding to any questions we had. We would book there again.

Rental review!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect! Perfect place to kick back and relax as a family. The pool is perfect, fishing was easy with the canal right there, lots of space to nap or have game nights, we cooked at home. It was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We totally enjoyed our small Vacay at your property. It was very clean met all of our needs and we had a great time. We will return for another trip at this property. We had no issues with customer Service. The location was great and a very short drive into Rockport to eat at the great restaurants there and great shopping.

We always enjoy staying in the quiet neighborhood of city by the sea. The house overall is comfortable for 6 -8 guest. Very nice pool and setup with plenty of shade in the afternoon.The bottom apartment is a nice treat for a bathroom to have while using the pool. The only downfall was the lock was not working so we didn’t end up using the bedroom space our entire stay other than the bathroomA few minor things that could be improved on by host/ mgmt company would be providing more silverware, we had the run dishwasher after almost every meal. It was also empty of rinse aid and they didn’t leave enough dishwasher tablets for us to run the dishwasher more than twice during a 4 night stay. The A/C was a bit annoying as it had a hold setting that would jump up in temp if your 24r hold setting expired while you were away or in the middle night. One night it jumped up from 72 to 77 which made sleeping uncomfortable.One other thing was the trash can outside the house was the overflowing when we arrived and there were old hot dogs laying around the pool. Overall very nice cute property our kids really enjoyed it! Just a few items that could be improved on to make it a 5 star stay.

3rd room is separate from rest the house, ac didn’t work other than that not a bad experience
