Step into this new custom built three story canal front home in City by the Sea and enjoy a bright open living area designed for comfort and relaxing waterfront views. Located between Rockport and Port Aransas, this home offers easy access to fishing, beaches, restaurants, and coastal attractions. The kitchen, breakfast nook, and living room connect easily, creating the perfect space to cook, gather, and unwind after a day on the water.

The outdoor living space is the highlight of the home. The backyard features a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and private dock where you can fish, tie up your boat, or simply enjoy the canal. The second and third floor decks offer some of the best views on the property and the perfect place to enjoy the coastal breeze.

The ground floor game room opens to the outdoor kitchen and features a 75 inch Samsung Smart TV, kitchenette, and pool table, giving everyone a place to relax and have fun.

Coastal Confessions Bay House was designed for comfortable coastal living, fishing trips, and memorable time with family and friends.
