Welcome to Celadon Beach Resort #204

#204 is a Gulf Front, 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with bunk area.

Celadon Beach Resort features incredible views of the gulf of Mexico and is located on the most desirable West End of Panama City Beach. We are 2.5 miles west of Pier Park.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a separate dining table for 4. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a garbage disposal.

LIVING ROOM:
Spacious with 2 full size sofas. The living room walks out onto a furnished balcony overlooking the gulf. High-Definition TV.

MASTER BED ROOM:
Spacious bedroom with king size bed, large closet and private en suite bath. The bedroom has a TV and DVD player.

BUNK AREA:
Twin size bunk beds are located near the second bathroom.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
- Full size washer and dryer are located in the unit
- Free WIFI and satellite TV

BEACH CHAIR SERVICE:
Complimentary beach chair service is provided for our guest. (March 1 to October 31)

NUMERIC KEY-LESS ENTRY:
The unit is equipped with a key-less entry system. No hassle with electronic key cards or checking in at the front desk. We will provide you with your own numeric code prior to your arrival.

CELADON RESORT AMENITIES:
The Celadon has 2 amazing pools, one is beach side with spa and the other is a heated indoor/outdoor pool with spa located across the street. Other amenities include: tennis court, shuffle board, fitness center, clubhouse with media room, picnic/grilling area and covered parking garage with an air conditioned walk way that is steps away from our unit.

LOCATION:
The Celadon is in a terrific location. We are close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, San Destin outlet mall, grocery stores, seafood markets, restaurants, bars and many local attractions like Gulf World Marine Park, Ship Wreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works, St. Andrews State Park and many more.

What a wonderful stay! Exceptional communication with owners. This is such a beautifully decorated condo on the quiet west side (best side)! Parking garage corridor is on 2nd floor, so no waits for elevators to get to our room. Short elevator waits to ground level for beach access. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Vacation

Went with my sister and mother for Mother’s day. The property owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Location is great and the view was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful beach front condo

Perfect condo for a family beachfront vacation. Condo unit has everything you need, the pool is larger than many others and clean. Great location for quieter side of PCB, but very close to anywhere you’d like to visit in the area. Gorgeous views of the ocean all day every day, the balcony height chairs were key to relaxing with a great view anytime. Owner of condo a pleasure to communicate with-would definitely recommend this place and return again.

Peace and quiet

It was spring break and you wouldn’t know it there! No lines at the elevator or searching for a parking space. The condo owner was very informative and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Honeymoon

My husband and I gifted our son and daughter in law with this condo as part of their honeymoon. Since we were paying for it we had to be in contact with the owner - Suzie. She was so easy to work with!! And was always quickly attentive to our questions. The condo: According to my son, the location was perfect. An easy walk from the parking garage to the condo. Being on the second floor provided them a short walk to the beach and included beach chair service!

Best vacation VRBO.

From the beginning it was so friendly communication with Suzie M. She explained everything and went above and beyond to make this. Great experience with maps of are for groceries, eating out and shops. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed to have a great time. Highly recommend this condo; this will be my choice on my next vacation. Nothing negative to report.

Perfect!

Wow! We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic unit in this wonderful building! Unit itself has everything needed for our spring break trip and the location was perfect! No large crazy crowds, it was all very friendly crowds, beach was nice and kept up and the view was amazing. Suzie had excellent communication with us before and during our stay. It’s definitely a place we would rent again.

Look no further!! This is the one!

We just returned home after about a 2 week stay at this condo and I already want to go back! The location of the unit was perfect and it was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Suzie was so good at communicating with us and had helpful information labeled on things in the condo such as the tv remotes/flag system/etc. The balcony provides a perfect view of the gulf and we were able to see dolphins and manatees most days!

Great location and experience!

Suzie’s condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Location of the resort is perfect - just far enough outside of PC that the road is quiet, but close enough to plenty of restaurants and activities. The condo itself is also at a great location so you can avoid using the elevators all together. 2nd floor also has a great view of the ocean from your balcony. Suzie was the perfect host! Great communication before and very quick to respond with all questions or concerns. We had some bad weather and some emergency rescues in front of our condominium due to rip tide during our stay and Suzie was sweet enough to check in on us to make sure we were all ok. Only downside: the master isn’t ocean front (we didn’t mind) but this meant it was next to the hallway. Napping during the day was a challenge sometimes due to noise from other guests waiting for the elevator. Otherwise sleeping at night and in general, noise wasn’t an issue. We would definitely rent from Suzie again for future PCB stays!

Tom and I live in St. Louis, Missouri. We purchased our condo in December of 2012 and love that we can share it with our guests. Panama City Beach has some of the most beautiful beaches around and we enjoy everything the area has to offer. Thanks for looking at our condo, Suzie.

We chose the Celadon Beach Resort because of its location. We love being on the 'quiet' west end of the beach, and we are close to 30A. We are the last high rise condo, which is located next to 10 beautiful beach homes making the beach even more enjoyable (less crowded). We also have an Alvin's Island across the street :)

We are located on the second floor, feels like you are already sitting on the beach :)
No elevator is needed when you park your car in the garage and walk over in the climate controlled walkway. The only time an elevator is needed, is when you are going two floors down to the beach.
