🚙 Winter Travel Notice:
AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during winter months. Our neighborhood roads are steep and curvy, and the lower driveway can become icy, though there are 2–3 flat parking spaces near the front walkway.
Guests should be prepared to drive in snow and ice conditions. While main roads are maintained by the city/county and are typically accessible, road conditions can vary.
❄️ No refunds are issued outside the booking platform’s policy due to storms or road conditions. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for winter travel.

Layout:
Our mountain cabin has 3 levels with the beds distributed as follows:
Main level primary bedroom-King.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (Queen bed plus twin bed); 1 loft area (2 twins in sleeping nooks/not separate closed off room)
Downstairs: 1 bedroom (Queen bed), 2nd bedroom (2 triple twin-bed bunk bed and 2 more twin beds; total:8 twins)

🐶We welcome your furry friends!
$200/flat fee for up to 2 medium dogs with permission
We request that you either kennel your pooch in the cabin if you are to be gone for any extended period of time or take advantage of our spacious fenced-in dog yard. Thanks for keeping your fur baby off the sofas and beds during your stay.

Must be 23 years or older to rent this unit.
Quiet hours between 10 pm - 7 am.
No smoking inside or on covered porches. To protect the experience of all our guests we have nicotine smoke detectors on premises.
Absolutely no parties; no more than 17 guests during your entire stay.
