Keywest slice of heaven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this VRBO! Beautiful home with great coastal decor, every amenity and management response to a question immediately! I couldn't recommend this place more! Parking is a hassle but, that's keywest.

Fantastic property! My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this home! Parking was not a problem. Pool was a nice perk! Walking to various locations was easy. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Look forward to a return stay next year! (I’m not bothering to upload any photos, because the listing photos are a good representation of what you’re getting.)

10/10 stay. We love coming to the keys and decided this trip would be in Key West and this home was the perfect place for our family. It was clean, cozy for a beach stay, and a close walk to so many things. Our host was extremely attentive, very kind, and helpful. We will absolutely be back again, so glad we found this cute gem.

Very Comfortable, near it all!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Simple two bedroom with a small pool, but adequate pool. Pool area did not provide sunlight due to all the vegetation, but it did feel heated & comfortable. As I arrived I noticed the cleanliness & the house smelled good, no cigarettes or cigar smell. Bedroom sheets were very clean, mattresses were excellent as well as the pillows. Enjoyed sitting outside & the rocking chairs with my dogs. This operation is pet friendly. Overall I give it a 8. The drawback was at the end when I received either a email or text on a Laundry list of things they wanted cleaned on there behalf. I always go up & beyond make sure the house is in general good condition before I leave, but removing sheets & bed covering & piling in a specific place as well as towels, sorry I am paying a cleaning fee, I am here on vacation, I am not here to do their job. You cannot be a professional management company if you are asking your guest to be a house maid, sorry, but this house was not inexpensive, so playing maid service was not something that should be asked of any client.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home, found it clean and comfortable upon arrival, appreciated the pool, and especially enjoyed the outdoor rocking chairs with your dogs. We take pride in providing a clean, welcoming, and pet-friendly environment for our guests. We are sorry that our checkout instructions regarding linens and towels left you feeling that you were being asked to perform housekeeping duties. We certainly understand that guests are on vacation and should be able to relax and enjoy their stay. We would like to clarify that asking guests to remove used linens and place them in a designated area is a common vacation rental turnover practice. It helps our cleaning team work efficiently, particularly when preparing the property for incoming guests on the same day. This request is not intended to replace or reduce the professional cleaning service for which guests pay a cleaning fee. Our housekeeping team remains fully responsible for cleaning and preparing the home for the next arrival. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to evaluate how our checkout instructions are communicated to ensure expectations are clear and reasonable. Thank you again for staying with us. We are glad that, overall, you had an enjoyable experience, and we appreciate you choosing our home for your vacation.

We loved Conch Heaven! This house was perfect for our group of friends, couples and singles. We parked our car just outside the front door, had bicycles delivered and never used the car again until we left. Being Florida residents made this mini stay-vacay wonderful and sooo easy! Thank you for offering this opportunity! We will be back.

We spent three quiet nights at the cottage. Nothing out of the ordinary for Florida — a little mold, a little old, but overall a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and it had the basic amenities we needed. With a bit of upkeep, it could be a really charming spot.

Radoslaw, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed a quiet and comfortable stay and found the cottage conveniently located with all the essentials you needed. Regarding your comment about mold, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. This is a traditional conch-style home, and we actively manage humidity with dehumidifiers and proper air circulation to maintain a fresh environment. While we haven’t observed any mold issues, we’ll certainly take another look to ensure everything is in top condition for future guests. We appreciate your suggestion about upkeep — ongoing care and improvements are always part of our commitment to making the cottage as charming and comfortable as possible. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you for your review Jennifer, we are thrilled you enjoyed this property. We wish we could all our guest check in early and check out late. The cleaners are on a tight schedule on our busy island so we must respect that to make sure all our guest enjoy a squeaky clean rental. Our concierge service does offer luggage storage however although we understand it isn't as easy as staying in the home a little longer. We hope this won't keep you from staying with us again. Thank you for being our guest!
