Fabulous views and plenty of places to shop and eat within walking distance. I loved how quiet and peaceful the place was.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was fantastic, very central to everywhere we needed to go. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants in Kapa'a as well as 45ish minutes from both the north and south shores. The condo was as described in the listing and also included plenty of beach gear - 2 chairs, umbrella, mat, snorkel gear, and a noodle. While the kitchen isn't the most updated, everything was functional and fine for our purpose. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we got a great night's sleep after a long day of activities. The washer & dryer were great to have to keep up with laundry, and the balcony provided a beautiful view of the coast and mountains in the background. The host was also very communicative and friendly. A previous review mentioned a strong sewage smell, and we didn't have an issue with that. Yes, there was the smell from the ocean similar to sewage, but it was faint and only a rare smell, typical of what you might find at any oceanfront property. It had nothing to do with the condo itself. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Condo could use updating. All decor, cabinets, flooring and appliances are very old. The location was convenient and the view was beautiful in one direction but the other showing busy traffic. Pictures of beach/ocean did not depict the same. Upon arrival the code for the door didn’t work and had to get management to help us in. We were given an incorrect door code. There is a very strong sewage odor much of the day and all night outdoors and if using the AC it pulled the odor inside. It was all very disappointing for the money paid to stay.
