Planning a quick beach escape, a staycation, or an extended stay on Florida’s scenic coast? Jewel at Santa Rosa Beach is the perfect home base. Our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and all the comforts of home. Outside your door, unwind by the resort-style pool, relax in summer hammocks, or stay active in the fitness center and yoga studio. Traveling with a pet? They’ll love the bark park and on-site pet spa.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

Once you book, we’ll ask for your email and share a secure link for you to access our screening process. Please chat with us if you have any questions!

I loved getting to stay at Jewel where my son and his family moved the first of June! It was great getting to just walk to their apartment! The amenities are amazing!! I will definitely stay again!

Beautiful new community

It was a beautiful place with many great amenities. I was just a little disappointed in the cleanliness level. The bed pillows and sheets had makeup on them, there were dead ants in the bed, and hair on the shower walls.

Everything was great, the property and unit were new. The pool and gym were excellent. However, not the owners fault, but you could hear every movement of the people above you, especially the kids running around. Choose a 4th floor unit if possible.

New apt, cleanWe had trouble not able to choose charging port and the apt manager should give a code. Please request this from property management ahead of time.Need to bring all basic atuffs you need like salt pepper oil and whatever.. there are sufficient pota
