The condo was fantastic in every way. It was quiet, clean, spacious, very nice, the balcony was awesome and we loved the view of the ocean. It really felt like our little home while we were there.

Condo was very nice and clean with nice ocean view from the balcony.A problem with a tripped breaker was solved and repaired very quick with the text-help-line. Only negative is that the condo heats quit a bit, with no air conditioning, except for the bedroom, but the portable AC-unit there was so loud that we could not sleep with it on. The ceiling fan in the bedroom started making click noises at a higher speed. There were more portable fans in the condo but nothing that cools down the room. Still, we has a great vacation.

Aloha! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo, the beautiful ocean views, and that our team was able to respond quickly and resolve the breaker issue! We certainly understand your comments regarding the temperature and appreciate your feedback about the portable AC unit and ceiling fan. As advertised in the listing, air conditioning is provided in the bedroom only, with additional fans available throughout the condo. Hawaiʻi's tropical climate can certainly bring warmer temperatures, particularly during certain times of the year. We will also have our team inspect the ceiling fan for the clicking noise you mentioned. Most importantly, we're so happy to hear that you still had a wonderful vacation! We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to the Big Island in the future! Warmest Aloha, Knutson & Associates

We were told we weren’t allowed to try out our new mask and snorkel in the pool. I was completely put off by that.Location is excellent. Place and thee grounds were clean. Our unit was listed as a 4 person…yet there were only 2 chairs at the island and only 2 chairs at the table on the deck.It was completely misleading. We couldn’t even have a friend eat with us.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the excellent location and found both the unit and grounds clean. Regarding the pool, the restriction on using snorkel gear is a community safety rule set by the HOA and applies to all guests. This is to prevent damage to the pool surface and to ensure safety and enjoyment for everyone. We understand it may have been disappointing, but it is not a house rule unique to our unit. As for the seating, the unit is accurately listed to sleep up to four guests, which refers to sleeping accommodations, not fixed dining or lanai seating capacity. That said, we appreciate the feedback and agree that additional seating can improve the guest experience. We are reviewing this with the owner for potential updates. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you all the best in your future travels.
