Charcoal grill and a BGE.

Large swim dock. Year-round water. Boat slip is not available to guests. Guests can tie up to the side of the dock. One PWC port available for guests use for a jet ski. Dock Toys: Lily pad, 2 kayaks and paddle board, plus an air pump on the dock for the guest's to use for their floats!

This property is pet-friendly. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL GUEST SIGNS THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
