Luxury Hilltop Couples Cabin with Hot Tub & Red River Gorge Views

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're so glad you found our Cabin clean, private, and beautiful — that's exactly the experience we aim to provide. We'd love to host you again soon!

Thank you so much for the kind words Joshua! We're so glad you and your wife had an amazing weekend — the gorge hikes, local shops, and hot tub under the stars are exactly the experience we hope guests have at Hilltop Cabin. Great note on the driveway — a 4x4 or higher-clearance vehicle makes the approach a bit smoother, though smaller cars can absolutely make it up too with a little care. Can't wait to host you both again next month — thank you for choosing us!

Thank you for your kind words Julie—we’re so glad the Hillview Cabin was the perfect fit for your stay! It’s great to hear you enjoyed the hot tub—that’s definitely one of our favorite features too. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and would love to welcome you back anytime for another relaxing getaway. Warm regards, The Retreat at High Rock

Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting and your stay at Skybridge. For future guests, the cabin features one queen bed, as listed, along with a sofa chair bed available upon request. Washer/dryer are not something we advertise as having. We appreciate you mentioning that a standard passenger vehicle had no trouble reaching the property, and we'd love to host you again!

Thank you so much for sharing Jessica! We are 20 minutes away from the town of Stanton with many stores and options. Being secluded in the woods is lovely, but yes it does mean town is a bit further. But not too much!

Truly appreciate the kind review Travis. We look forward to hosting you again. Take care.

Glad you had a good stay Lauren and we would love to host you again!! Until then, please take care.

Hi Denise, thank you for staying at our Hilltop Cabin. Our co-hosts took great care of you throughout your stay. We want to be clear on a few points for future guests: the hot tub is in the exact same location shown in our listing photos — no discrepancy there. The power outage was due to a storm, entirely outside our control, and restored within hours. When you flagged the ant issue, we responded and resolved it quickly. We stand behind the accuracy of our listing and the quality of care our co-hosts provided during your stay. We hope future guests will judge the property on what it actually offers. Thanks

Thanks for the kind review. Would love to host you again!!

Glad you liked the stay Philip and we look forwarding to hosting you again!! Tc

Thanks Michael! We're glad you had a great stay.

Thanks Brandie. We appreciate your feedback to help us make improvements. We hope you get the chance to visit again.

Thanks Leslie! We're glad you had a great stay. We'll be sure to double check the lights and make sure they're not burned out. We hope you get the chance to visit again.

Thanks much for the positive reviews Meghan. We look forward to hosting you again.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the peaceful hilltop setting and had a great stay. We truly appreciate your understanding about the hot tub and are happy we could take care of the situation for you. It was a pleasure hosting you both, and we hope to see you again for another Red River Gorge escape at The Retreat!

Hilltop Cabin is a hilltop retreat in the middle of the Red River Gorge forest. Spiders, webs, leaves on the deck, and gnats in early fall aren't cleanliness issues. They're the woods. Guests looking for a sealed, hotel-style environment will be happier in town. Guests looking for a real cabin in nature are who this property is built for. The hot tub was freshly cleaned before arrival, which the guest confirmed. When extra towels were requested, our housekeeper drove out and delivered them the same day. Internet service in the Gorge is limited, and our listing says so upfront. Most of our guests see that as a feature, not a flaw. We never received a single message about any of these concerns during the stay. The guest spent one night, left the next morning, and shared everything here instead. Every issue raised was either expected for the location or something we would have handled within the hour if asked. "Our reviews from guests who stayed in the same season speak for themselves." We look forward to hosting guests who come for what the Gorge truly offers.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing such kind feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your trip, found the space clean, and felt the listing was accurate. We also really appreciate you pointing out the driveway and the lighting setup. Feedback like this is incredibly helpful, and we’ll be reviewing both to see how we can make things clearer and more convenient for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back anytime you’re planning another visit to the area. Wishing you safe travels and all the best.

Thanks Charyl! We appreciate you review and are glad to hear you had a great stay. We hope you get the chance to visit again.

Thanks very much Teresa for the reviews. The last day water issue was due to a water pipeline on the property, which has been immediately rectified. But, apologies on the same. We truly look forward to hosting you yet again and this time with increased amenities!!

Thanks for your feedback, Yvonne. We're glad you had a good stay. We're scheduling driveway repair before winter to improve the ruts. We hope you get the chance to visit again.

Thanks for the positive reviews Mark. We would love to host you again in your next visit.
