I was born and raised in this neighborhood, so it holds a special place in my heart. Epavlis Rodon is located in a quiet and safe residential area just a 3-minute walk from Nea Chora Beach — a local favorite known for its relaxed vibe, crystal-clear waters, and seaside tavernas serving fresh fish.
What I love about this neighborhood is the perfect mix of local life and convenience. You’ll find everything you need within walking distance: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and cozy cafés. And when you're ready to explore, the Old Town of Chania and the Venetian harbor are only a 10–15 minute stroll away.
It’s a great spot for families, couples, and small groups who want to be close to the city’s highlights without being surrounded by crowds. Free street parking is usually easy to find, and there’s also good access to public transport and taxis for exploring the rest of the island.
