Beautiful Beach

Cleanest beach property we have ever rented not a spec of sand anywhere. House is close to beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal. Furniture is all comfortable. The hot water heater worked sporadically. I did call during our stay about it. I would definitely return

Awesome and convenient!

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was clean and exactly like the pictures! The location was literally perfect! It’s in walking distance to literally everything!! When we come back to FL we’ll definitely be booking this place again! Highly recommend!

Perfect

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! We loved the location! We were in walking distance of shops, great food and were steps from the sand! The house was clean, and cozy. We’d love to visit again someday! Also, check-in was simple and everything was as described! Would definitely recommend!

You can’t get any closer!

Wake up in the morning- pour a cup of coffee and step out the front door! That’s why you come here right?! The space is old and outdated. It is however clean. I’m not here to sit in my room. I’m here to sit on the beach. Mission accomplished.

Great Spot for a Small Group

Great convenient location steps to the beach, with beach view from the front porch. Fully stocked kitchen. The pull-out sleeper sofa was a medieval torture device for an adult, so you're better off sleeping on the sofa. Unit was equipped with beach towels and toys. Be advised: hand soap is not provided in the bathroom.

50 steps from the beach!

Check in was easy. Awesome location. A little run down but overall a great deal for the location. Fully stocked kitchen was a bonus. Also beach chairs and toys included.

Great Location

Nice little property that is close to everything, the beach, downtown, restaurants, parks. It was clean and our 2 adults and 2 teens fit well. Side note make sure to bring paper products and trash bags, or plan to get some locally. Overall a great place and will look to stay there in the future.

Steps away from the beach

Great location, parking at the unit, walking distance to shops and restaurants. My only concern was the keypad bc it locked us out for a minute after a few failed tries. We were able to get in moments later. Suggestion: bring all toiletries you plan on using (soap, body wash, shampoo, sunblock, etc) those are not made available. I knew that coming in because I read the agreement I signed after booking it.

Cheap and ON THE BEACH.

We wanted somewhere RIGHT on the beach. It’s really hard to get much closer and the rates were super affordable! It’s a short walk to both The Palms and Frenchies Rockaway, just off the north end of the strip. It’s a dated unit with not much of a view, so it may not be for everyone. But if you simply need a place to stay after your beach hopping, this will do it! Plus, a decent kitchen if you feel inclined to cook at home. No complaints here! Thanks for having us!
