This newly renovated two-bedroom bungalow offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and privacy—ideal for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers visiting the Bull City. The second bedroom is detached from the main living area. It is located through the kitchen and the laundry room and has it's own entrance. This arrangement may not be suitable for young children if you are planning on using the second bedroom for their sleeping arrangement.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just 2 miles from Downtown Durham, you'll be a quick drive from Duke University, DPAC, the American Tobacco Campus, and some of the city’s best dining, coffee shops, breweries, and nightlife. Whether you're here for work, a campus visit, or a weekend getaway, you'll love the home's central location and easy access to everything Durham has to offer.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with a clean, modern aesthetic. Enjoy fast WiFi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a dedicated workspace for remote work or trip planning. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials for cooking at home, including modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker.

The spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with soft linens and blackout shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The secondary bedroom features a cozy queen bed. A washer and dryer are available in-unit, making it easy to settle in for longer stays.

I quickly fell in love with managing properties and interacting with guests, which led me to obtain my real estate license. As my passion for this field grew, I expanded my services to manage other people's properties as well. The business became so busy that I had to reduce my hours at Duke Hospital to dedicate more time to it. I am deeply passionate about traveling and exploring different properties and areas, which fuels my love for this profession even more. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to both property owners and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved.
