Whether you're here for work, a campus visit, or a weekend getaway, you'll love the home's central location and easy access to everything Durham has to offer.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with a clean, modern aesthetic. Enjoy fast WiFi, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a dedicated workspace for remote work or trip planning. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials for cooking at home, including modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker.

Our stay was excellent - a comfortable bed, good shower, convenient laundry, and we enjoyed the back deck. And it’s a great location. We love Dain’s Place on 9th St. We will stay here again

I quickly fell in love with managing properties and interacting with guests, which led me to obtain my real estate license. As my passion for this field grew, I expanded my services to manage other people's properties as well. The business became so busy that I had to reduce my hours at Duke Hospital to dedicate more time to it.
