Air conditioning throughout the home with a combination of central air, mini-splits and window units. Additionally there are two fabulous separate cottages on the property both ocean facing and include full baths.

Step out into the lush, landscaped yard where Adirondack chairs invite you to relax and take in breathtaking views of the bay. A private dock extends into the tranquil waters, perfect for boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the sunset. Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis. If approved there will be a $200 non refundable pet fee and, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee. Linens and towels not included with rental. These items can be provided upon request.
