Located only 5 min. from town & 15 min. from Paris Landing State Park /Kentucky Lake, or 2 miles from gas, groceries & dining of Paris, TN, this spacious 1700 sq. ft. home provides scenic views of fields & wildlife from a relaxing deck. Enjoy local restaurants or cook for the whole family with a fully stocked kitchen & dining area. Bring your own k-cups or help yourself to our assorted hot beverages. Rest on up to 7 beds & enjoy streaming with new high-speed wifi & 3 roku tvs. Come be our guest! (The property manager is right next door if any needs arise.)

-Open Dining Room for the whole family to enjoy meals together! (Includes ample custom serving hutch)
- Convenient coffee bar with a variety of hot teas as well (includes both a Keurig machine and a coffee maker, and electric or stove top tea kettles)
- First floor master bedroom suite with queen bed and adjoining full bath (low-threshold shower with handicap rail)
- Second full bath with tub/shower combo
- Upstairs bedroom with an incredible view overlooking nearby pond. Includes a queen bed, a twin bed, and an optional twin sleeper sofa (made out upon request)
- Twin size day bed and another twin bed located in the cheerful sunroom with a panoramic view of beautiful country fields and tree line
- The main Living Room also has a twin sleeper sofa (made out upon request)
