Welcome to beautiful Liberty Township, Ohio. Liberty Township is located in southwest Ohio's Butler County in the center of the fast-growing Cincinnati-Dayton metroplex. The community's location allows easy access to Cincinnati and Dayton with a variety of cultural events ranging from museums, symphonies, college and professional sports and fine dining.

This home is a smaller space, but really packs a punch the minute you walk through the door. The home has been newyly remodeled and boasts exquisite furnishings throughout, including a fully furnished kitchen.

When you enter the home, you are greeted with a cozy living room area with large, comfortable sectional sofa, an accent chair and a 75" Smart TV .

The kitchen is smaller in size, but it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook an enjoyable meal. It has an oven/range, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is a table off the kitchen area with seating for six. Sit and enjoy a family meal or game night.

To one side of the kitchen is the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and 65" Smart TV. There is plenty of space to unpack and relax before bedtime. Between the master bedroom and kitchen lies the laundry area equipped with full size washer and dryer as well as an iron, ironing pad and laundry supplies.

There is a full bathroom in the hallway to the other side of the kitchen with a tub/shower combination and under-the-sink storage. We provide towels and basic disposable toiletries for you to use during your stay.

Continuing down the hall from the bathroom is bedroom 2. This bedroom features a queen-size bed and 55" Smart TV as well as a walk-in closet.

The third bedroom is located off the living room near the front door. This bedroom has a queen-size pull out sofa and 55" Smart TV.

We use the August Home application, which means there are no keys to lose. Simply download the august home app and your key will be visible once your booking begins. When you arrive you may park in the large driveway.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Before booking with us, please review our standard house rules.

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking or vaping allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is permitted.
• This is a pet friendly home, however, we require a $100 per pet per 30 days of your reservation.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10 pm - 7 am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 4 pm and 10 am, repectively.
• As a concierge service and if available, we allow an early check-in for a nominal fee of $50 per hour.
• Also if available, we offer a late check out service for a nominal fee of $50 per hour.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we have the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest, per day of the reservation.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages to the home.
