The space
This home offers 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 and a half bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 guests! Plenty of entertainment space in the large living room with a bonus queen size sleeper sofa and large smart tv mounted on the wall. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces with enough room for everyone to gather and enjoy a meal. This home has a large rooftop deck for you to enjoy a sunset cocktail or just take in the coastal breeze! Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway. Overflow parking is also available on the main boulevard as you enter the community on a first come first serve basis.

All guests access the home from the smart lock on the front door; codes are given out the morning of your arrival. Guests can access the garage through the inside of the home.

Other things to note
In an effort to keep costs down, this rental does not supply linens or towels. If you want to bring your own, please do. If you would like us to supply the linen package to you (Linens, Washcloths, Hand towels and Towels) the cost is $150, please let us know after you book.

** The linen package includes- a top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, comforter, a towel & washcloth for each guest. The price is a TOTAL cost and not per person. This rental package does not include beach towels. **


**Renters are required to take out trash; please take to communal dumpsters found at the end of the road.
