*Peaceful Stay Policy: We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and refrain from parties or loud music. If security, property staff, or Houston authorities are required due to noise, a $300 fee will apply. Verified complaints from neighbors or other guests may result in a $100 fee.

*Spa Heating Policy: Enjoy 2 complimentary hours of spa heating upon request (3 hrs.’ notice required). Extra time $10/hr.
