Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Los Angeles. This adorable property features 3 cozy bedrooms with a king, queen, and twin bed, perfect for families or friends traveling together.

Like to cook? Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking oils, spices, pots and pans, a high-end Wolf range, fridge and freezer with Ice-maker and filtered water, and a brand-new LG Dishwasher.

With other amenities like AC, a washing machine, high-speed Fiber Wi-Fi, and heating, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Stay here and experience an amazing stay in the heart of the city. One of our favorite spaces at the property is the backyard garden and deck, with gorgeous views and sunsets across Ivanhoe Canyon. On the deck you also have access to a propane grill and outdoor dining area.

We also love games! If you're in the mood for a quiet night in, we offer a variety of board games, puzzles, books and even a Nintendo Classic.

Every other week basic housekeeping (no laundry) is included in your stay.

Home safety features:
There is a doorbell camera located on the front door. There four additional security cameras located outside: over the garage door, over the kitchen door, and near the gates to the backyard.

Garden Apartment:
The homeowners may occupy the garden-level apartment at any time for any reason. The garden apartment has a separate, private entrance from the main house. We also have a very friendly Golden Retriever named Brad who may make an appearance to welcome you.

Shared spaces:
The deck, garage, and laundry are shared spaces.

The Neighborhood:
Silverlake is known by the locals has being a great place to hang out, enjoy some urban hikes and get some fabulous food. If you need recommendations, we have plenty! Our home is about 38 minutes from LAX, 15 Minutes from Downtown Los Angeles/Staples Center, and 8 minutes from Dodger Stadium. Silverlake Reservoir offers a popular walking path, or go on an urban adventure with a book guided Secret Staircase hike.
