Airy one bedroom apartment located beneath our 2 story home with its own entrance & private deck with Weber BBQ. Stacked Miele washer & dryer in the walk in closet. Communal fire pit and hot tub set amidst lush landscaping. Wooden shoji-style sliding door - handmade by your host Artemis - separates the bedroom from the living space. Oversized shower with a modern trundle sofa. No smoking or pets. We live above, baking, making and hanging with our two dogs. As artists, we may use power tools during business / respectful hours. If sensitive to noise, please note before booking. Open to communication to accommodate all!

You have access to the entire private bottom floor apartment. Private deck with BBQ & table/chairs. Full kitchen with basic supplies. We are artists & use the space as a studio when not hosting. Therefore some storage areas are not for guest use. Our items are tucked out of sight, with plenty of room to unpack. Not an empty space, so stays over 3 months not accepted. No lease option.

Outdoor areas like hot tub & fire pit communal for tenants & guests. Hot tub fits 3 people max, please cover & turn off jets when done. Provide/replace any fire pit wood used.

Guests don't have access to our private areas above.

This is a downstairs apartment so there are footsteps and normal living noises from the upstairs unit. We aim to be quiet and respectful during evening and overnight hours.

The hot tub is cleaned frequently, but please note that it is a shared amenity. Please be respectful of other users and follow the Hot Tub Rules posted onsite.

Check-in time is 4pm-9pm. Check-out time is 11am unless otherwise arranged.

There are security cameras monitoring the exterior entryway for everyone's safety. They do NOT face into the private living areas.

On-street parking only. Please pay attention to any posted street cleaning or restriction signs.

There are stairs leading down to the unit, so it is not wheelchair or mobility device accessible.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property for safety reasons.

Not suitable for parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
