Have fun with the whole family in this updated condo at world class Kirkwood.
Short walking distance to the lifts, restaurants/bars and the main village. Great location for all of Kirkwood's activities any time of the year. The building has a communal lounge, bbq deck and hot tub (Hot tub is in use during winter).

The Space:
Full kitchen, two full bathrooms and a kitchenette for all your entertaining needs. Beds are very comfortable and easy to pull out or put away when hanging out. There is a queen bed with twin trundle in the bedroom sleeping 3 comfortably. In the living room a queen murphy and twin bunk murphys to sleep 4. Two 55" roku TV's for, high speed WIFI,

Guest Access:
Besides the space of your room, the building has communal areas that include giant couches, a fireplace, working spaces, a hot tub (in winter), 10 burner grill, and a patio. If you decide that you just want to walk around the snowy paths, the building is right on the Kirkwood Meadow with miles of walking/hiking/biking, snow shoeing, and cross country ski paths.

Getting Around:
The Meadows is a quick walk to the main village and ski lifts 6 and 5. Timber creek is a bit further, but shuttles run all day and pick up right in front of the building. From the building you can access the meadow for x-country skiing, snowshoeing or hiking. During winter hours you are a short walk to the cornice grill restaraunt and bar for after skiing hours

The mountain hiking and biking right from the door is wonderful in summer time, and you may be stunned by Kirkwood's plethora of native wild flowers. There are also nearby alpine lakes, world class hiking trails, hot springs, rivers for fishing, camping and all that the beautiful high sierra has to offer.
