This place had it all!

This condo is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle of Siesta Key. The condo had a beautiful screened and glass lanai that gave you an outstanding view of Turtle Bay Inlet AND the ocean. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen provided just about anything you would need should you choose to prepare your meals in house. From the lanai we viewed boaters, kayakers, paddle boarders, dolphins, and even a manatee mama and her baby. A .3 mile walk to Turtle Beach got you a free ride on the trolley to take you wherever you wanted to go from north to south Siesta Key. The only negative was there was no washer and dryer in the condo. A washer and dryer was provided on each floor of the building and you had to pay to use them. We enjoyed the condo and Siesta Key so much, we definitely would consider staying there again.

Would not rent again

Place had so many issues when were there; AC out first night(they did repair), no working coffee pot told us to go buy one, ceiling fans bedroom broke, vacuum overheated smoked, lamp in living room shorted out, water all rusty when got there, shades on porch broke, bedroom carpet master old and very gross! I would have thought management company would have gone in and checked the place before we arrived, pretty obviously no one had been in there for awhile. There are some plus, kitchen well stocked, condo was clean, short nice walk to turtle beach, porch very large and beautiful over looking water😀

Peaceful getaway

Great location to access Turtle Beach and Siesta Beach. Great sunset view from the balcony. Grounds are well kept. Peaceful and quiet property.

Great location. Air condition stopped working & needed replacement. After 3wks we got a new a/c.

The experience with this property was one of challenges between a/c going out , overflowing toilet and ceiling leak. In florida during summer-you need central a/c and for $$ spent, you expect to have better living conditions. I understand things happen but when you are renting-everything should in good working condition-it wasn't(we were told by a/c company that the unit was very old), the time it took to get a new central a/c unit was too long.
