Excellent Vacation Spot

The condo was cozy and clean! The pool and beach were spectacular! So much to do! Wish we stayed for 2 weeks! The mother and daughter security duo always made my family feel safe and cared for! Will definitely be back next year!

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice but the floors weren’t mopped and there was no broom. But nothing a cheap swifter couldn’t fix we also left it for future guests :) the pool and kiddie pool area are great for any aged kid. We’ll be back.

My condo was amazing, the views were amazing, the grounds were amazing as well as the pool.. I didn’t give this a 5 star due to the fact I’d you take kids they have rules out the y zoo… I met my friends here and it seemed like every time you turned around they had crazy rules around the pool area and with kids they just wanna have fun.. besides all the rules the condo was great the cafe had wonderful food and ice cream and the bar was amazing

Perfect location on the beach

Location was great! Condo, pool and immediate access to the beach was amazing especially with two small kids in tow. Condo had enough space, great view of the ocean and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome property

The condo was spotless and beautiful. Will definetly save it for future stays. Did had one issue on the code for the door but it started when I had forgotten to put my initials in one of the documents which it could had been avoided. Everyone was helpful and was easily resolved

Beach trip 2015

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was pleased with everything about my vacation in 2015. If I had a suggestion it would be to upgrade the awful mattress in the unit I was in.

March 2015 Stay

We had a wonderful family trip on our first ever Spring Break visit to PCB. The condo (806) was clean as expected and exactly as the pictures showed. With the college kids filtering out we expected a few more hiccups than we recieved. The pool was amazing and a great family escape. We probably wont be back to PCB but if for some reason we are, we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

Balcony Bliss

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waking up to the sun, gorgeous ocean and breakfast on the balcony was the most perfect way to start our days! The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the location is perfect! An easy beach walk to Spinnakers for dinner right on the beach was a highlight. Fabulous week in the sun, on the sand and dolphin watching from our balcony! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient to everything! Parking was never an issue which was a plus! The air conditioner was jam up which was soo nice. The bunks were not comfortable for our young girls but the master bed was extra comfy! The pool was nice and the hot tubs were great and never crowded. The elevators were hot and stinky some times but we rarely ever had to wait for more than a few mins for one which is much better than places we’ve stayed before. The security staff were extra friendly, especially at the resort entrance, very helpful. The room had the necessities. Washer/dryer was nice. We just washed towels and washcloths every day. The 8th floor balcony was great and offered the best views!

Great views

Property location is awesome, the views from balcony are breath taking & just a short walk to the beach / pool. We had two little kiddos and it was really convenient. Only cons I didn’t like, two different occurrences I found someone entering our condo without permission. Once to change an outdoor lightbulb & air filter and another time to drop off new kitchen utensils. This could of been scheduled with condo manager or done during checkout hours as we had little ones and don’t like the fact random people entering our rooms. This isn’t a huge deal more safety hazard because we had two little kiddos but the glass table top slides off the dining room table which could be dangerous. Overall though the location & unit is nice!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, we got to PCB about 3 and I had to call book that condo like 3 and we waited til after 4 (check in) and they still hadn't called so that started off our trip on a bad note beings in was t a holiday and they had all that time to clean our rental.. then we check in and was give. No start up toiletries , not ENOUGh towels for 6 people.. I didn't like the fact that you get 1 parking pass for a 6 person rental so we had to pay $20 extra for my daughter a parking pass.. I didn't like the fact either that while on vacation you have No housekeeping at All no new towels or trash bags .. I paid $1200 plus to have to wash towels and buy everything for my stay .. It was really no different than camping to me .. Then there is the LIES that condo stayers at the boardwalk had all rights to the boardwalk resort nextdoor and walk there to find out that was a lie they had some kind of camp going on and they said no nothing .. Then it said FREE beach service I asked a girl that worked on the beach what that was and she didn't even know what I was talking about.. lol then no wifi the whole time and that blew my mind.. I will never stay here ever again it was crazy.. Then you park on the first floor and go somewhere and all of a sudden they are doing some kind of work right at the door and you have to walk from the ground floor up to your vehicle ..

Last minute

Floors was nasty. Leather furniture was cracking. Garbage disposal wasn't working. Washer/dryer made horrible noise. Security at the pool area was rude and unfriendly. Will not be staying at this place again.

Our first visit to PCB was a girls trip for 2021

What a perfect property! We were in love instantly! Oh my the view from the full window wall facing the ocean! The pool was awesome with the tiki bar/restaurant, food was great as where the strawberry daiquiris! We are so glad we found this Condo for our first trip to PCB and an extra bonus was the 24 hour security at the front entrance. Already planning next years trip !

Great!

The condo was terrific. The only complaint was that the housekeeper had left a lot of sand and dirt on the floor’s throughout, I don’t think they swept or mopped the floors. But we would definitely rent this condo again if in Panama Beach in the future. Beautiful ocean front Views. Also loved the Adirondack chairs on the balcony!! . Nice touch!
