We found the condo clean and efficient. Only complaint were the sheets in the bedroom. They felt "pillie,like something was on them. I even took my lent brush on them. Also, the duvet oversheet had a mildew stain, no big deal to me but it may not be becoming to me but to someone else. Also, some written/typed TV instructions would be helpful for electronic challenged folks like me😊 We would lease again.

Simple and relaxing

I loved this property. I’m normally hard to impress. Check in was a breeze. Very calm and inviting compared to where our friends stayed .05 a mile way. loved the splash pad for my 1 year old. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Condo

I had everything I needed in my condo. Kudos to the owner for providing me every tool in the kitchen I needed, because I cooked most of my meals in the condo. The view was perfect and loved watching the ocean every day. The bed was super comfortable and I felt like I was at home. My daughters loved the pool and I liked the easy access to the beach. Every morning the staff was scrubbing down the pool area and sweeping the sand off the beach stairs. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the property.

My condo was amazing, the views were amazing, the grounds were amazing as well as the pool.. I didn’t give this a 5 star due to the fact I’d you take kids they have rules out the y zoo… I met my friends here and it seemed like every time you turned around they had crazy rules around the pool area and with kids they just wanna have fun.. besides all the rules the condo was great the cafe had wonderful food and ice cream and the bar was amazing

Beautiful!

The condo is perfect! Everything you need for a vacation stay is here! From cooking supplies to a working ice maker!! Very welcoming and homey when you walk in! So convenient to the elevator, steps away from the pool and beach!! The view from the balcony is beautiful!! Condo grounds are clean!! I love the fact there was a small store/icecream! The poolside restaurant/bar is great!! I will definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice but the floors weren’t mopped and there was no broom. But nothing a cheap swifter couldn’t fix we also left it for future guests :) the pool and kiddie pool area are great for any aged kid. We’ll be back.

Excellent Vacation Spot

The condo was cozy and clean! The pool and beach were spectacular! So much to do! Wish we stayed for 2 weeks! The mother and daughter security duo always made my family feel safe and cared for! Will definitely be back next year!

Great Condo!!

Just perfect!

Awesome property

The condo was spotless and beautiful. Will definetly save it for future stays. Did had one issue on the code for the door but it started when I had forgotten to put my initials in one of the documents which it could had been avoided. Everyone was helpful and was easily resolved

view was spectacular. unit was clean and all we needed. bed was comfortable. had all amenities such as tiki bar with great food and drinks, large pool, and hot tubs(2).Could not beat the price anywhere. Best place at Panama City Beach.

Wonderful Stay

We would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean, comfortable and the balcony was great. Loved the higher chairs so we could see over the balcony with our coffee in the morning. Boardwalk beach as a facility was awesome. Great location, elevators are plentiful and fast. Staff was great. Restaurant on premises was a great bonus.

Great views

Property location is awesome, the views from balcony are breath taking & just a short walk to the beach / pool. We had two little kiddos and it was really convenient. Only cons I didn’t like, two different occurrences I found someone entering our condo without permission. Once to change an outdoor lightbulb & air filter and another time to drop off new kitchen utensils. This could of been scheduled with condo manager or done during checkout hours as we had little ones and don’t like the fact random people entering our rooms. This isn’t a huge deal more safety hazard because we had two little kiddos but the glass table top slides off the dining room table which could be dangerous. Overall though the location & unit is nice!

We enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient to everything! Parking was never an issue which was a plus! The air conditioner was jam up which was soo nice. The bunks were not comfortable for our young girls but the master bed was extra comfy! The pool was nice and the hot tubs were great and never crowded. The elevators were hot and stinky some times but we rarely ever had to wait for more than a few mins for one which is much better than places we’ve stayed before. The security staff were extra friendly, especially at the resort entrance, very helpful. The room had the necessities. Washer/dryer was nice. We just washed towels and washcloths every day. The 8th floor balcony was great and offered the best views!
