– Private 1-car garage (hot tub occupies one side)

The Marmalade neighborhood, located west of Capitol Hill in SLC, is one of the city's oldest and most historic areas. The name "Marmalade" comes from the early settlers who planted orchards in the area, with streets named after various fruit trees, like Almond, Apricot, and Quince.
