Holiday Getaway! Enjoy a comfortable winter stay in our Cozy and affordable Pet-friendly unit in the heart of SoCo, close to Barton Springs, downtown, and the lake. This bright, modern space features a comfortable KING bed, a single bed, a rain shower with bathtub, Gfiber internet, and a workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and grill—perfect for cooking gourmet meals. Guests share a fenced yard and covered patio with Unit B. Perfect for long or short stays, this unit offers clean, modern amenities and a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
Parking: Driveway and street parking available for up to 2 cars.
Please note: To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.
