We did not lack nothing, my grandchild had fun with the games they had available. We had a lot of family space everything we needed for making a great meal. We were sad. We couldn’t make it fire because we had a lot of rain but once the rain stopped, we were very convenient to town and thoroughly enjoyed the trip and look forward to sometime in the future coming back

Short stay to drop kids at camp, hike, and enjoy town

Super clean and cute! Love this well decorated little cabin near black mountain shops, dining and great hiking! Adjacent lot is unkempt but short walk to neighborhood lake tomahawk is very nice. A great place to stay while dropping the kids a camp

We are looking forward to another visit soon. My favorite place to be is Black Mountain and now I know the only place to stay is the Laurel Cabin!

Wonderful place to stay in Black Mountain! Our family of three really enjoyed the cottage and the outdoor sitting area. It is immaculate and includes everything you need. Very easy access to downtown and to the highway for local adventures. Interesting modern design - the high ceiling makes it feel bigger than it is. Gorgeous landscaping. Bear sightings!
