There was no soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The front entrance is damaged and looks as if it is abandoned.The neighbor hood is a bit scary. People were shouting and also police came for an incident in the opposite house.

Listing and photos were deceiving. The property is in poor condition. You pay a cleaning fee but it doesn’t appear that money actually goes towards cleaning the property. Walls were filthy with stains, stuff smeared on them, couch was stained and dirty, bathroom wasn’t clean. Large cobwebs down the windows and doors. AC doesn’t work which was not mentioned. Rooms have window units but they didn’t work well either. Front porch is falling in. Neighborhood felt very unsafe for a family. If it hadn’t been so late when we got in I would’ve left and driven out of town to a hotel. I normally don’t leave negative reviews but I feel like the positive reviews just aren’t realistic.

House was very nice. The cleaning staff was still there when we arrived a half hour after check in time. The WiFi went out our last night at the house. It did not come back in before we left.

My husband and I stayed at this property along with our adult children . The house itself was fine. Clean and looked to be freshly remodeled. Needs some area rugs and curtains to absorb sound . House is very echoey so can get very loud . The property is in close proximity to downtown but the neighborhood isn’t great and could be unsafe to walk. We stayed Thursday - Sunday and it worked for what we needed.

This house checked the boxes for a reasonably priced accommodation for our large family, within walking distance of the falls. Clean and easy. I will note that the checkout expectations seemed a little high- asking us to wipe down the fridge and appliances, which I would expect to be included in the 140 cleaning fee. Overall a fine stay :)

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. We enjoyed our visit and wanted to share a few suggestions that could make the experience even better for future guests.Property photos: It would be beneficial to include photos of the exterior and surrounding area in the listing. This would help set accurate expectations so guests are not surprised when they arrive.Additional mirrors: It would be helpful to have more mirrors throughout the home. With a four-bedroom property, having only one bedroom with a mirror made it challenging for multiple guests to get ready at the same time.Living room seating: Consider adding more comfortable living room seating, such as cushioned chairs or even a pullout sofa. This would make the common area more inviting and provide additional sleeping flexibility for larger groups.Pest concern: We also noticed a moth problem during our stay. There were multiple moths flying around inside the home, which was distracting and affected our overall comfort. It may be worthwhile to have the property inspected and treated to resolve the issue.Overall, we appreciate the opportunity to stay at your home and hope you find this feedback helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

Host was great. Location is extremely easy to access and close to the falls. The common areas have no rugs or curtains so noise echos a lot. There was also only seating in living and dining room for 6 people. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!
