Please do not use towels or linens for makeup removal, hair dye, or any products that may stain. A $50 penalty plus replacement cost will be charged if damaged.

Toilets
Flush toilet paper only. Any plumbing issues caused by other materials may incur additional charges.

Consumables and Cleaning Products
Please do not remove or overuse provided items. Excessive use or missing items may result in extra charges.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

No Visitors After 9:00 PM
Only registered guests are allowed on the property after 9:00 PM.
Unauthorized guests without permission, excessive noise, or any disturbance may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and a call to local authorities.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Late checkout after 11:10 AM without prior approval may incur a $250 per hour fee.
Please note that bath tub is not connected yet so avoid using that.
Be aware that you might encounter some insects due to the surrounding greenery; however, rest assured that the house is regularly treated to manage this.

We kindly ask guests to be considerate of noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
