Soft morning light filters across the fairway as you sip coffee on your private lanai, feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the rustle of palm trees. In the evenings, the same view glows with golden sunsets, a peaceful backdrop to unwind after a day by the shore. Here, you’re surrounded by the quiet rhythm of island life and the gentle hum of Waikoloa Beach Resort.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a dual vanity, while the second bedroom features a queen bed. The loft provides two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests.



Living spaces

An open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an inviting space for gathering. Relax on plush seating and step onto the lanai to enjoy the scenic golf course views. Large windows fill the interior with natural light, offering a calm, airy feel throughout your stay.

Your private lanai overlooks the Beach Golf Course, offering a tranquil spot for reading or evening drinks. Guests can also enjoy access to shared amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center, all within walking distance of the condo.

The home includes central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and free on-site parking. Beach essentials are provided to make your days by the water easy and comfortable. An elevator in the building ensures convenient access to the unit.

Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended. This property is within walking distance to shopping, groceries, restaurants and beaches. It is about 30 minutes from the Kona Airport.

Awesome Stay

We absolutely loved this condo and it was just as pictured. We comfortably slept 5 of us and the condo had great amenities. We loved that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler available. That was awesome! The only issue is the drive to activities in Kona. It's a bit far but worth it! We loved everything, especially the pool area and elevator for lugging luggage up and down. It was an excellent experience!

First time in the big island

Our stay was fantastic, the property is well maintained, our kids loved the pool. Location was pretty central to everything, but you need a car. The only downside is there were a lot of little cockroaches running around the kitchen area, which is somewhat expected in tropical destinations.

Amazing!!

We absolutely loved staying at Fairway Village and have no complaints except for the parking situation. Since there was no designated parking space, we often found it difficult to find a visitor spot. There were several days where contractors took the majority of the available spots. Other than that, we loved the accommodations. The pool was really nice and the apartment itself was very cozy and comfortable.

Beautiful condo

Loved it, super spacious, clean and easy check in and out. Location was far from other cities which made a lot of driving when we wanted to go to Kona.

Great condo for family

Our family of 5 enjoyed this condo in Fairway Villas at Waikoloa Beach. The loft bedroom was perfect for kids. Great location for day trips to local beaches and other attractions on the big island. Living room carpet had some stains, but we spent most of the time outside exploring the island.

Great Condo in Waikoloa Beach

We loved staying at Penthouse Condo in Waikoloa Beach! The place was spacious, pristine, and in a great location! We've stayed at a condo in the same complex, but this one exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked, and they had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, some snorkeling gear, etc...everything one needs to spend the entire day at the beach! We'd love to stay there again the next time we're in Waikoloa Beach.

Very nice home.

Excellent home and location. Management is so quick in response. We had everything we needed, only some minor things but management provided quickly. We were very happy to stay there and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Love Rentals for making our vacation perfect.

The condo was well equipped. It could use some updates on furniture. King bed and couch were worn but overall the condo was wonderful.

Family Fun

Great location, great views and comfortable for a week long stay with family. Kitchen was well equipped and even had a coffee grinder to grind fresh Kona coffee. Love the pool and grill area. The loft for the kids was great! One item I would ask for would be a few more beach chairs, although there is a surf shop in the Kings Shopping Center where you can rent them. Walk or drive to beach and cocktails a Lava Lava. Would absolutely stay there again. Mahalo!

Family trip to Hawaii

The condo was very nice with beautiful sunset views. The only downfall was that there was not a dedicated parking space so parking was not always easy. Also, a box of tissues would have been nice but otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

Great apartment for families, conveniently accommodates 6 people in a compact place, thanks to the loft. The apartment was well equipped, all amenities you need for long term stay were provided (beach chairs & toys, kitchen and bathroom supplies, lots of spices and leftover non-perishable food items).

Great Location

The location of the property was great, it was stocked with most things we needed. The pool was wonderful, check-in was easy. Condo is a bit outdated as the carpet could be replaced along with some of the balcony furniture. The master bed was on the softer side, had no issues sleeping but if you like a firm bed it may not be that comfortable. Overall we had a good stay.

Perfect for us

This was our second time at this same unit and it's been perfect for us. Now that my kids are teens, it was so nice letting them walk around and shop and explore on their own. You can easily walk across the street to go sit in the ocean. It was a wonderful decompressing time.

Another great stay

Loved staying in this condo! We come every year. This condo has the best field. You can even see the ocean. It was so quiet. There weren’t a lot of rentals at the time in our condo we were staying at. The pool as usual is perfect we will be looking for this condo next year. Thank you so much for a great stay how could you ever have a bad day in Hawaii.

Another great stay in Waikoloa VIllage

Excellent apartment, with a few minor issues when we arrived: the kitchen was a bit dirty, the coffeemaker had old moldy coffee grounds, and both toilets were stopped up. No callback from the onsite representative for 2 days. We cleaned up the coffeemaker and seriously plunged the toilets, and from then on our stay was more than wonderful!

Well kept property exceeding expectations

The the property was well maintained, clean, and had exceeded our expectations. The AC worked very well and the master and secondary beds were very comfortable. The two minor complaints we had are that the loft beds should be upgraded to more comfortable beds and it would a nice upgrade to use a a digital key for the front door lock. Other than that it was a great place to stay for a family of five.
