Loved how close this property was to the beach access! The property was great for our short trip and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved it. The closeness of the beach, cleanliness of the room, the decor, and the extra touches. The challenge I did have was that I was on the lower floor and it could get a little noisy when the upstairs room was occupied. Check in was also a little difficult as the instructions were lengthy and written in a small print. I would still highly recommend it as you can't beat the feel, lack of crowded parking lot/ people, being able to walk to the ocean in about 3 minutes, having a shower and laundry right there! If you are coming for the beach this is much better than going up and down a condo stairs/elevator. Also the mattress and bedding were wonderful.

As with most two-story hotels and apartment-style accommodations, guests staying on the lower level may occasionally hear footsteps or normal activity from the room above. While we work hard to maintain a peaceful environment and enforce quiet hours, some sound transfer is inevitable in this type of building. Thank you as well for your comments about the check-in instructions. We're continually refining them to make the process as simple and user-friendly as possible while ensuring guests have all the information they need for a smooth arrival. This property is not on the beach but offers easy access, just a quick walk across the street. We had an issue with the mini-split air conditioning system but the owners were easy to contact and worked quickly to get the issue resolved! There is a unit in the living area and one in the bedroom, which is important to note because they do make noise and put off light in a dark room. The dehumidifier was also pretty loud located just outside the bedroom in the kitchenette area. All in all, it was lovely and just what we needed for 2 people on a quick get-a-way trip!

Rented Studio Efficiency. Very clean & nice. Modern appliances. Excellent communication with Guest Svcs. Easy 4 minute walk to beach. Great value for price. Would definitely rent again.
