I tried emailing my contact for the place beforehand to make sure we payed our pet fees, but was unable to get him and ended up having to contact evolve directly, instead. Upon arriving we found a note to the owners from the previous occupants that nobody had been by to pick up, that along with a completely unmade and sheet-less bed upstairs led us to believe nobody had been by to clean before us even. Nobody staying with us was very happy with the cleanliness of the place, it could use a deep clean. To their merit, when I called my contact they had somebody come out put sheets on the upstairs bed, and later to drop off additional sheets for the pullout couch and empty the trash cans that had not already been emptied. The hot tub is really nice, touch screen, Bluetooth stereo, lights, and a super good top. It was nice having the fireplace in the living room. The beds were all very comfy, as was the couch. The outlet that the TV hooks to doesn't work, we had to use an extention cord, and not because the switches control some outlets, that outlet just didn't work. The house is at the end of the road which is nice. The front porch has a pretty nice view. The floor is messed up in some places. A missing piece in the kitchen under the rug and it's a bit rough in a few other places. The tile is cracked in the downstairs bathroom and there was only a cotton shower curtain, with no liner so it would get wet. There was a squirrel/ mouse/chipmunk crawling around and chewing in the attic space above the downstairs bath. The upstairs bath is pretty nice. The whole house is decorated pretty interestingly, lots of native American stuff. Overall I wouldn't bring my wife or mom back, but would be good for a group of guys. The location is good for a decent price.
