Modern lake home nestled in Hart, 8 miles from Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Lake Michigan. This charming house features 3 queen beds spread across 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. With amenities such as a 6 person hot tub, 2 kayaks, outdoor fire-table, indoor electric fireplace, video arcade room, heat/A.C., and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in this delightful space. No need to ever leave our beautiful property. But if you do, drive ATVs on the Dunes, or swim in Lake Michigan (our lake at home in Hart is warmer!). On rare occasions, see the Northern Lights right from our own yard. And don't worry about power outages. We have backup generator to keep entire home powered for 2 full days during emergencies. We have it all! Our special place will have you return every year.

They have this home as a private getaway for the family for generations to come. But because it is loved so much, they wanted to share with other great families when not in use so you can also build beautiful memories.

We enjoy listening to the water waves, sitting in the hot tub facing the lake, and kayaking earlier in the morning as it is so peaceful.

No matter how far you have traveled to get here - hours or days, now is the time to unwind, relax, and simply prepare yourself to create beautiful memories in our lake
cottage. We have traveled many places in the world, but we simply feel West Michigan is a place like no other. The people are friendly, there is food available fresh
from local farms, while our waters are peaceful and at times breathtaking. We have the best of both worlds, a private residence with all the amenities to simply relax at our own property, but also a 10 minute drive from the world class Silver Lake Sand Dunes where you can actually drive vehicles uphill on sand mountains! So we wanted to build something special right here to keep in our family for generations, and decided to share our sanctuary with you. Regardless if you’ve come alone for quiet time, arrived for a couples retreat, or brought the family for a vacation, you are welcome. You are valued.
