Yes, it’s cozy, but I spend a lot of time in Japan, so the room size didn’t bother me. I just popped my clothes in the drawer, stashed my suitcase under the table at the foot of the bed, and got on with it.Pros:-Communication with hosts. Friendly and prompt.-Cleanliness of unit -Location-Kitchenette is sufficient for simple snack and food prep.Cons:-Bed. Most uncomfortable mattress I’ve experienced in a hotel, Airbnb, VRBO, etc. (and I’m on the road no less than half the year). It’s one of those soft, cheap, bed-in-a-box brands (Molblly) that turns into a hammock if enough weight is applied. If two people share the bed, then you’ll likely sleep with your feet up higher than your head.-“Gym.” One 25 lb dumbbell and two 40 pounders do not cut it.-Cost-performance. Considering how poorly I slept for three nights, it wasn’t worth it.-Air circulation. The exhaust in the toilet is on a motion-sensor (?), so with the only source of fresh air being the door to the outside (which you’d have to leave open), the room got sweltering and stuffy at night. There’s no air conditioner in the unit.
