We hand-selected and furnished this home specifically with YOU in mind, and we only have rental properties in which we would feel completely safe letting our own children stay!
Fully appointed with modern comforts, this gem makes your stay stress-free, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, cozy living room with a 50" smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free parking (one garage spot, two additional spots in the driveway and street parking if needed). One of the upstairs bedrooms has a workspace nook complete with a full size desk and chair to accommodate any work you need to do from home.
Location is everything, and we understand the importance of proximity to work, school and local hot spots! Less than 10 minutes to Christ the King School and in-district for Henry Clay High School, Morton Middle School and Julius Marks Elementary. ALL of Lexington's major healthcare centers are just a short drive away - UK/VA Medical Centers (10 min), Central Baptist Main campus (10 min), Saint Joseph (11 min to Main or East campus), Good Samaritan (12 min), and Central Baptist Hamburg (15 min). Monthly rate varies by seasonality as does pet fee with number of pets, size and breed. Dogs and cats will be allowed on a case by case basis. To maintain our property's standards of excellence, we require and include a minimum once monthly professional cleaning with our provided housekeeper. Stays with pets require biweekly cleanings. If you would like more frequent cleanings, this can be arranged as well. Since we only host 30+ day stays, we require a background/credit check, signed rental agreement and government issued ID. Please include a valid email address in your booking request for these documents to be sent for processing and signature.
