Welcome to Paradise Cottage!!

This downstairs portion of a dual family dwelling is fully renovated a 1/1 cottage with breathtaking oceanfront views.
Sleeps four comfortably.
Private bedroom with queen bed.
Living room has two full size futons.
New kitchen with all stainless steel appliances.
Very cozy and great views to enjoy in your dream vacation.
Amenities provided are kayaks, bicycles, grills, boat ramp and boat dockage for your use with no extra fees.

Private boat dock and convenient boat ramp. Amenities for your boat includes water and electricity(only 110volts) by the dock, brush and soap, extra fenders, and a small freezer for bait and ice. Trailer parking is available on our acre and a quarter property. The ramp and dock use are part of the rental amenities!

Relax and enjoy ocean views and gorgeous sunsets from the comfort of our multiple loungers.

Plenty of parking for all of your toys in my acre and a quarter property(boat, trailer, car, etc).

BBQ areas with plenty of seating and a separate picnic table perfect for lunch and snack time.

I had a great time. This place is in the absolute perfect location. If you are looking to fish, look no further. I hooked a massive barracuda and many tarpon from the dock, as well as some grunts. I had a wonderful time and would love to come again

Our Piece of Paradise

Our third time staying here was as wonderful as the first two. So peaceful and comfortable. All the comforts of home, close to grocery, restaurants and pharmacy if needed. It’s just the best place to stay when escaping the northern states for a little warmth and sunshine in mid winter. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in the Keys.This place is our favorite of favorites!

Perfect location!

This property is a hidden gem. Right on the water. Great communication from the owner. Super clean. Loaded kitchen with everything you would need to cook in. Great dock area for your boat and tons of hoses and cleaning stations.

We rented the down stairs and our friends rented upstairs. Everything was as advertised and very clean. They had everything we needed. Plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. The outdoor space is perfect! We will definitely be back

Upper Keys get away

Great property directly on the Atlantic side in Islamorada. We stayed in the ground floor unit, there is a ground and upper floor unit. The unit was spacious and comfortable. Wonderful dock to fish from, took the complimentary kayak out for a paddle. The grounds are plenty spacious for groups staying at both units. So many places to eat in a short drive, bait shop was 3 blocks down the street. Absolutely great stay, try it out!

WONDERFUL PROPERTY!!!

My husband & I stayed here for a week in Nov. 2023 and it was absolutely wonderful! We fell in love with the property & location. The house is absolutely as advertised - very clean and well-equipped and comfortable. The property is quite large and spacious, and as a result it is very relaxing and private. We enjoyed all of the amenities provided, such as the bicycles & kayaks. There is quite a bit of interesting wildlife (birds, tarpon, etc.) to watch while here. We also enjoyed walking to many places in Islamorada. It's nice being not directly on US-1 (quieter), yet close to so many options for dining, shopping, etc. We would love to return!

There aren’t enough positive things to say about our time here! The house is absolutely perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better view- the house was well stocked with everything and spotless! Hidden Gem

Great little place right on the ocean. Excellent place to come if you have a boat, with a boat ramp and a beautiful dock. We caught fish right off the dock! The place is just as described, very clean. The outside is spacious and plenty of room for your toys. The hosts were very gracious and communicated quickly. I can’t say one bad thing about it. We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The only thing that would have made it better is a pool.

In 1961 my parent came to this country from Cuba, because of political persecution from a communist regime. They came with nothing but the clothes on their back, strong work ethic and determination to create a better life for their family. After many years of struggle and hard work, they finally accomplished the American dream of success in a free country!
His success came in real-estate! Even though he was not able to master the English language, my father reached great success and was highly respected for his accomplishments in the business world. He owned many apartment buildings throughout Miami, Hialeah, Miami Beach and the Keys.
It was always my fathers dream to find the perfect vacation home for his family because he loved the ocean and fishing. After decades of hard work and building his financial stability, he came across his dream vacation home in Islamorada, Florida in 1980. My mom and I felt he was bringing us into a jungle, since the property was full of coconut trees and shrubs that you could hardly see the house. We could not see his vision, but as a family the three of use worked every weekend to make it livable and ready for sharing with our friends and family.
My father passed in 1998, but had many years of enjoying the sunrise over the ocean and watch my children fishing from the dock. Unfortunately, in 2017 Hurricane Irma swept through and nearly destroyed our private paradise. Since then, multiple generations of our family have worked tirelessly to rebuild this home for our guest to enjoy.
We are so honored to welcome everyone to Paradise Villa and Paradise Cottage to make memories that last a lifetime!!!!
