Welcome to Casa Huerta. Nestled in sunny El Granada, where the weather is some of the finest on the Northern California coast, this beautifully remodeled upper-level unit offers comfort, convenience, and a perfect location for your coastal escape.
Newly purchased, remodeled and put into VRBO in May, 2025. The home has a new kitchen and bathrooms, is bright and airy and features all new furniture, super comfy new beds with foam mattress toppers, new appliances, and rugs-thoughtful touches to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The space includes three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of inviting living space.
You’ll have your own private entrance and complete privacy from the lower unit, which is also a separate rental, but can be combined if you need more space. High-speed mesh WiFi and new smart TVs keep you connected. And there’s even an EV charger available for eco-conscious travelers.
Just a short 5 minute walk takes you to the harbor, beach, restaurants, cafés, kayak and paddleboard rentals, and scenic coastal trails. Surfer’s Beach is just half a mile away, perfect for catching waves or sunset walks.
