Relaxing, Refreshing, Clean, Beautiful & Comfortable

I appreciated the tender loving care that went into making this home such a beautiful, restful and comfortable place to stay during our Florida visit. Sitting out back by the pool drinking our morning coffee was amazing, plus it's close to Disney and all of the other parks. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. The pictures represented the house well. The host was very easy to communicate with, and the property manager was a joy to meet and very efficient. The home is located in an excellent location, and the pool was wonderful! We will certainly vacation at this home again, and give it our highest recommendation.

Great. House and property

This house was lovely everything was neat and clean, this house could accommodate a large family as well as a couple of sisters. We were very close to all parks, restaurants and any other store we needed to find and that was very convenient location not to mention a nice quiet area. We truly enjoyed the outside dining area and the pool was nice to have just for us! Regards Maria

Very Nice Home Close to Disney Parks!

The property was clean, in a safe area, and was as described in the listing. It was very close to the Disney parks, so driving there was a breeze! We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool on the days we weren’t venturing out. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the temperature. This would be the only reason I would not stay again. The thermostat had a posted request regarding the temperature, and we found the home to be more warm than was comfortable for us. We did find a fan in the garage to use in one bedroom that helped somewhat, but I would suggest providing additional fans for travelers who are used to cooler spaces.

Nice house

Plenty of room , great stay. The only drawback .. we had to fight through the jungle plant to get to the door. A week or so into the stay. They trimmed them back.

Uneven but quiet stay

The stay was ok. Disappointed with the ants and roaches that kept popping up. Was also disappointed that the outlets in both bathrooms didnt work. No wash cloths. The cable tv package was awful. There were little to no good viewership options for the "AVAILABLE" channels. No basic cable channels (ESPN/USA/TBS/TNT or anything of the sort). The neighborhood/stay was quiet which was good. Quiet neighborhood stay

Found this hidden gem very close to the timeframe of our two-week vacation. The house is easy to find and just off the main road. The master bedrooms King Bed was so comfortable we have decided to find the same mattress when we get home. The pool area is just perfect for this time of year. A choice of full sun or shade each day should the weather cooperate. The owners we're very responsive when we had questions. Easy to check in and check out. The kitchen has both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils. Nice washer and dryer. As posted, one master bedroom with bathroom. Separate bedroom with queen bed, third with two twin bed and fourth room with a daybed. All nice. You will need to make sure you have your own supplies past that (toilet paper, laundry soap, etc) but for the price of this home that should be expected. We spent multiple days at Disney and this home is located within 25-40 minutes from the parks. Keep in mind we were there at peak season, so these travel times are very good. There was a great Italian restaurant right across the main road from the house and we found ourselves eating there multiple times. Walmart, Publix and many other food sources are just a few miles away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!!

Overall house was great and clean, we would stay there again and considering it is within walking distance to family it is a possibility we will. You need to trim the landscape back a bit more, some of the trees are hanging over the walk way. Your book needs to be upgraded with things that have been changed, seemed a bit outdated, like you don't have a garbage disposal unit anymore or need keys to get into the house anymore. There was no basic local TV service, seemed all TVs were using streaming services, great for watching movies not so much for seeing local news and regular network channels. The pool light needs to be fixed or removed, as I called you that we woke up one morning with the fixture floating, the pool guy stuffed it back in and I did the same a day later. The light switches were a bit frustrating, with as many little notes you have in some places, some small labels on light switches would help guests know which ones turned on lights and such.

Ok rental

The home is very cute and nicely decorated and the master bedroom was very nice. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that kind of turned us off: -The code for door we were provided didn't work so we were stuck outside for a while trying to contact someone with a different code -the remotes for the tvs didn't have batteries - there are no tvs in 2 of the bedrooms and the one for the kids didn't have cable and the DVD player didn't work - my daughter, my niece and myself slipped on the wood floor outside after getting out of the pool. We had to pull the rug from under the table and use it to walk on to prevent future slips -there were no directions on how to use the tvs and it was probably difficult to operate because the remotes didn't have batteries! -we requested that the air be lowered prior to our arrival bc my husband has bad allergies and the weather in central Fl this time of year is high 80s-low 90s and it was not lowered as we requested. Overall, the home is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated but all the other small issues were very frustrating!

Excellent on all accounts. We intend to return as this is a beautiful home/pool area in a lovely location. The host has thought of everything. A very friendly service by all involved and it really was a very enjoyable stay.

Eu e minha familia ficamos na casa da Nicole. A casa é extremamente limpa, possui todos os objetos de cozinha para que deseja preparar suas refeições. A Nicole é acessível, tirei todas as minhas dúvidas e tive prazer de conhece-la pessoalmente, pois o período que estivemos em Orlando foi na passagem do furacão Milton. A Nicole nos deu total apoio e se colocou a nossa disposição. Quando eu voltar em Orlando certamente ficarei na casa novamente.

Great home away from home

Loved the property and location. We stayed for a week. House was great and had all the amenities needed. If you are a baker and love to cook as well, the kitchen was excellent with all that is needed. I give this property a 5. Only back draw were the sugar ants but it just required to keep the kitchen clean. I will definitely stay here again :)

Perfect stay - beautiful, clean house!

We just got home from a stay at the house for our trip to Disney, and I would not hesitate to re-book the house for our next trip. The layout was perfect for our family, and we especially loved hanging out at the kitchen counter on the bar stools.

Comfortable and spacious with a nice pool!

This was our first time ever using Vrbo and it was a positive experience. My children enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the screened in porch. The house had plenty of space for the four of us and we were all pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was very nice. We did not hang out in the house for long, only to rest between outings but everything we could need was there. I feel it's important for others to know, the bedroom with the daybed is next to the front porch and the motion detected light shines right into that room. Thankfully my young daughter wasn't bothered by it much but others might be. We could not figure out a way to shut off the light, if it's even possible. But again, it worked out alright. If we ever go back to Orlando, I would consider staying at this house again.

A pleasant home base, conveniently located near Disney World

Villa Ginevra is a pleasant home base. It is well located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and the lanai/pool is directly on a golf course. We had a couple minor things come up, but the host and building manager were very responsive. Overall a nice stay and would definitely stay there again.

Quiet Neighborhood

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of Orlando, this is the spot. Just don't book when I want to go. Lol. The house is well maintained and we have used the property several times now and we find it a great home away from home. Thank you!

Great stay

The property was just as it stated online.. no surprises. The pool was great to have and be able to swim everyday. The property manager was easy to reach and responded quickly if we needed anything or had questions. I would definitely stay here again.
