Welcome to 5 Rice Lane! This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, dog-friendly Sea Pines home is also handicap accessible, offering guests ample space and comfort both inside and out.

The home is furnished with coastal colors and décor with tile and vinyl plank throughout the main living spaces. To the right of the front door, you’ll find the living area with comfortable furniture, a Smart TV and views of both the front and back yards. To the left of the front entrance, you’ll find the well-stocked kitchen, which is open to the dining area. The dining area seats 8 people with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed and Smart TV. The bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The owners of this home have recently added a 2nd primary bedroom, which features a king bed and private handicap-accessible bathroom with roll-in shower. *New photos to come in March 2026!

Both guest bedrooms are on the second level bedroom. One bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV, while the other bedroom has a queen bed, twin over full bunk bed, workspace and a Smart TV. The guest bathroom also features a walk-in shower.

Relax in the sun or the shade with the abundant outdoor space, multiple outdoor sitting spaces, and the sparkling pool! (The pool can be heated for an additional cost seasonally.) Guests are an easy bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center and Lawton Stables!

Guests of this Sea Pines Hilton Head rental can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just 2 miles away- an easy bike or car ride.

Vehicle Policy: Sea Pines requires each vehicle to have a gate/car pass. Car passes are $17.00 per car per week.

Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs MAX; 40 lbs per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225 per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Clean house with plenty of room to gather together OR hide away for some quiet time. Short bike ride to everything Sea Pines has to offer.

The house is in a great location. Very beautiful on the inside with a nice layout and fully stocked with everything you could need. Super clean and updated. Our only feedback is the backyard could use some TLC. The pool is great but some landscaping, trimming, etc would go a long way in making it a little more enjoyable to sit outside. All the rocks were a nuisance and made it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot. The overhanging bushes dropped a lot of debris into the pool. Other than that we loved our stay.
