1. We asked for a cancellation. Even called the VRBO customer service but the host never responded. I understood it was past the cancellation date, but a simple reply to our message would be a courtesy. 2. We didn't know the cabin has no cell reception. The host did not include WiFi password with the access information. We had to get in our car and drive in the dark down the mountain to find reception so we could call the customer service. We had to leave a message but did get the password shortly.3. The heater was never able to heat up the house. Even during a considerable "warm" winter with no snow, the house never reached 60 degrees the entire night.
